Position: Payroll Systems Analyst
Compensation: $ 40 – 46 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Systems Analyst to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll systems professional who enjoys being hands-on with configuration, testing, and implementation support. You’ll play a key role in a major payroll and HR systems transformation, helping translate payroll processes into SAP and supporting the team through stabilization and long-term maintenance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support payroll system configuration and implementation activities
- Translate payroll processes into SAP-based workflows
- Validate configurations and test system functionality
- Partner with consultants and system integrators
- Assist with system stabilization and issue resolution
- Support payroll operations during the transition period
- Help maintain the system after implementation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of payroll systems experience preferred
- Strong SAP experience required or strongly preferred
- SuccessFactors experience highly relevant
- Hands-on payroll system configuration experience
- Experience supporting testing and implementation efforts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- ERP-to-SAP transition experience
- Background in payroll process improvement
