Position: Business and Project Management Senior Analyst
Compensation: $ 100000-110000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business and Project Management Senior Analyst to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, data-driven professional who enjoys connecting business goals with execution. In this role, you’ll help drive performance, manage corporate projects, and support continuous improvement across the organization. The position is open due to an upcoming gap in the team, creating an excellent chance to step into a visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders and meaningful business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Track business goals, KPIs, and overall performance.
- Analyze data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Support corporate projects from kickoff through completion.
- Map processes and recommend improvements.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, issues, and deliverables.
- Present findings and updates to stakeholders.
- Help strengthen management systems and execution discipline.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in business management, PMO, or process improvement.
- Experience with management systems in a global organization.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to create presentations for stakeholders.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Experience tracking project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma background.
- Experience with Visio for process mapping.
- Exposure to operational excellence initiatives.
- Background in business transformation.
- Experience supporting strategy execution.

- Onsite schedule: 4 days per week, 1 day remote.
- Interview process includes a presentation component.
