Position: GIS Analyst
Compensation: $ 30 – 36 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled GIS Analyst to join their team!
This is a fast-moving contract opportunity for a GIS professional who enjoys hands-on work with maps, databases, and spatial data. You’ll support an established team by keeping GIS records accurate, organized, and ready for day-to-day business needs. This role is ideal for someone who works independently, adapts quickly, and is comfortable stepping into a team with immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and update GIS databases, maps, and related records
- Support ongoing GIS projects with accurate data management
- Use ArcPro, PowerTools, and Tableau in daily workflow
- Organize spatial data and keep documentation current
- Assist with general GIS tasks and project support as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of professional GIS experience
- Hands-on experience with ArcPro
- Experience using PowerTools
- Experience with Tableau
- Background updating and maintaining databases
- Strong ability to manage maps and spatial data
- Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting fast-paced contract projects
- Exposure to energy industry GIS work
- Ability to quickly adapt to existing processes

- Onsite schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Work from home on Wednesday and Friday
- Contract length is open-ended
- One GIS team member will be intermittently out on medical leave
