Position: Technical Sourcer
Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Katy, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Sourcer to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a sourcing professional who enjoys connecting top technical talent with impactful corporate roles. This contract position supports a busy talent acquisition team and offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Source candidates for corporate technical roles
- Review resumes and identify strong matches
- Conduct initial phone prescreens
- Schedule interviews and candidate meetings
- Communicate with candidates by email and phone
- Partner with recruiters and coordinators on hiring needs
- Track candidate updates and requisition activity
- Prepare detailed notes for recruiters and hiring managers
- Support agency contract and agreement generation
- Collaborate with hiring managers on role updates
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing through ATS and job board platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience conducting candidate phone screens
- Ability to manage scheduling and follow-up tasks
- Comfort working with Outlook, Teams, and Calendly
- Detail-oriented approach to notes and reporting
- Ability to work on-site in Katy, Texas
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience sourcing for IT-related positions
- Familiarity with Workday
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exposure to Indeed resume databases
- Background supporting high-volume recruiting teams

- Contract assignment with an estimated 90-day duration
