Position: IT Support Specialist
Compensation: $30 – 40/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support to join their team!
This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You’ll support a busy desktop environment, work closely with users across the organization, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy solving complex technical issues, supporting modern Windows devices, and being a reliable go-to resource, this role offers a great chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide deskside support for end users in a corporate environment
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices and related hardware issues
- Support laptop, printer, projector, speaker, and conference room equipment
- Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support requests
- Respond to tickets and calls with strong customer service
- Resolve issues independently using documentation and critical thinking
- Support executive users with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain a polished, client-facing presence on site
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional IT support experience
- Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
- Background in Level 2 and Level 3 desktop support
- Strong deskside support experience
- Experience with printer refresh projects in large corporate settings
- Ability to support AV and conference room technology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting executive-level users
- Familiarity with fast-paced ticket queues
- Prior experience in large enterprise environments
