Position: Learning & Development Specialist
Compensation: $42 – $48 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a training professional who enjoys building structure from the ground up. In this role, you’ll help redesign a training program by consolidating existing materials, creating role-based learning paths, and turning scattered resources into a clear, scalable training experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Redesign marketer training programs into role-based learning paths
- Review existing training materials and identify gaps
- Consolidate processes, resources, and content into structured programs
- Develop training materials and instructional content
- Document workflows and turn processes into easy-to-follow training
- Create screen-recorded training content using Camtasia or similar tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Support ad hoc training and process improvement projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong background in Learning & Development or instructional design
- Experience building training programs from the ground up
- Experience redesigning or improving existing training programs
- Ability to organize complex information into clear learning paths
- Experience translating processes and systems into training content
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience creating role-based training programs
- Instructional design experience
- Experience with Camtasia
- Exposure to QuorumDocs
