Position: Change Manager
Compensation: $46 – 53 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Change Manager to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on change management professional who enjoys guiding teams through technology-driven transformation. The role is centered on execution, communication, and user adoption across multiple upcoming rollouts. You’ll step into an existing plan, help bring it to life, and provide practical insight that strengthens the overall change approach.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Execute change management plans for major technology rollouts
- Develop communications for different stakeholder groups
- Create training materials and supporting resources
- Help drive user adoption of new systems and processes
- Support leadership with rollout messaging
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Advise on change management best practices
- Support organizational readiness during implementation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on change management experience
- Technology implementation experience
- Experience executing change plans, not just designing them
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with business and technical teams
- Ability to develop training and communication materials
- Comfortable supporting multiple projects at once
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Organizational change management experience
- Prosci certification
- Experience with change communications
- Background in stakeholder management
- Experience supporting executive communications
- Familiarity with user adoption strategies
