Position: Lead Wealth Management Operations Specialist
Compensation: $33 – 35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Lead Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending operational oversight with project support and quality assurance. In this role, you’ll help keep important processes moving, support monetary movement approvals, and step into projects already in progress to help drive them forward. If you’re looking for a role where your attention to detail, coordination skills, and leadership mindset can make a meaningful impact, this could be a strong next step.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Approve monetary movement requests with accuracy and care
- Take ownership of projects already underway
- Support quality assurance reviews of completed work
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight
- Assist with lead-level coordination across priorities
- Help identify process gaps and support improvements
- Ensure work is completed thoroughly and on time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in project management
- Experience testing systems or business processes
- Strong quality assurance mindset
- Ability to support operational workflows
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in wealth management operations
- Background in a lead or coordinator role
- Experience supporting financial process approvals
- Comfort stepping into active projects quickly
