Position: Technology Advancement Analyst
Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technology Advancement Analyst to join their team!
This is a direct hire opportunity for an analytical and collaborative professional who can help bridge business needs with emerging technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate tools and vendors, and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and contributing to meaningful technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workflows and priorities
- Perform digital maturity assessments within business units
- Evaluate emerging technologies and existing solution gaps
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations
- Support vendor reviews, due diligence, and technology evaluations
- Assist with project planning, RFP development, and cost analyses
- Monitor tech trends, regulations, and competitor activity
- Contribute to project management and product ownership efforts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant U.S.-based experience
- Background in business analysis or functional leadership
- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with project management tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in FinTech or banking functions
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
- Exposure to tool evaluation and vendor selection
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Experience using JIRA or a similar tool
