Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Compensation: $32 – 36/hour, depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity for a sourcing-focused recruiter who can step in quickly and keep hiring moving. You’ll support a high-priority recruiting effort, helping build strong candidate pipelines and moving qualified talent efficiently through the process. If you enjoy working independently, screening candidates, and making an immediate impact, this role offers a chance to plug in and deliver results right away.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Source candidates for high-volume, specialized roles.
- Screen applicants and identify qualified talent quickly.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring team.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Communicate clearly with candidates and internal partners.
- Keep recruiting activity organized and moving forward.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions.
- Ability to quickly learn role requirements and talent markets.
