Position: Helpdesk Support Technician
Compensation: $20 – 24 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Support Technician to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a service-minded IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will be supporting both corporate staff and clinical teams in a fast-paced environment where reliability, professionalism, and clear communication really matter. If you like being the go-to person for technical issues and want a role with room to grow, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and access issues.
- Manage tickets and track issues in the helpdesk system.
- Support Office 365 and Active Directory tasks.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and password-related requests.
- Document solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Support both office and clinical teams with timely service.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous helpdesk or technical support experience.
- Experience using ticketing systems.
- Working knowledge of Office 365.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, steady, and easy-to-work-with approach.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting healthcare or clinical users.
- Exposure to multiple ticketing platforms.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced support environment.
- Familiarity with on-call support rotations.

Other Information:
- This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
- On-call rotation may begin after conversion.
