Position: Plant Financial Analyst
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Longview, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Financial Analyst to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with operations and turning plant data into meaningful business insight. In this role, you’ll support a manufacturing environment with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting that directly impacts plant performance. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Partner with plant leadership on financial targets and forecasts
- Prepare plant budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models
- Perform variance analysis and identify root causes
- Analyze labor, overhead, material usage, and productivity trends
- Support standardized operational and financial metrics
- Present reports and insights to plant and finance leadership
- Improve reporting accuracy and data quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of finance or related experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Experience with cost accounting and variance analysis
- Strong financial planning and analysis background
- Ability to connect operational drivers to financial results
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong financial modeling and reporting skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in machine manufacturing
- Exposure to plant finance or operational finance
- CPA or CFA certification
- Background in continuous improvement environments
- Advanced analytical and presentation skills
