Position: Senior Accountant – Intercompany & Consolidations
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Accountant – Intercompany & Consolidations to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a complex, multi-entity environment. In this role, you’ll support the financial close process, lead intercompany reconciliations, and help strengthen reporting accuracy through process improvements and standardization. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and wants to make a meaningful impact on corporate accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
- Prepare intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries.
- Reconcile intercompany balances across multiple legal entities.
- Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies.
- Prepare consolidated financial statement schedules and analyses.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Support external audits with schedules and request responses.
- Improve accounting processes and documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
- Maintain strong internal controls and reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting.
- Ability to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and deadline management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA licensure.
- Publicly traded company experience.
- Multinational and foreign currency consolidation experience.
- Experience with consolidation tools and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Accounting transformation or process improvement experience.
- Oracle or similar ERP system experience.

Other Information:
- Full-time, in-office role in Tulsa, OK
- Collaborative role supporting accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and operations.
- Focus includes process improvement and continuous optimization.
