Position: Data Engineer
Compensation: $55 – 65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Engineer to join their team!
This contract opportunity supports a team focused on SAP data, reporting pipelines, and modern analytics solutions. The role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment with flexibility for remote work, while contributing to meaningful data and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain reporting pipelines for SAP data
- Support Power BI reports and semantic models
- Build and manage Microsoft Fabric data solutions
- Work with dataflows, Lakehouse tables, and refresh processes
- Write SQL queries to support reporting and troubleshooting
- Resolve data quality and transformation issues
- Support data warehousing and integration activities
- Document business rules and technical processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience developing and supporting Power BI reports
- Experience with semantic models and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience using dataflows and Lakehouse tables
- Strong SQL querying and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of ETL and ELT processes
- Experience documenting reporting requirements and data lineage
- Experience working in enterprise reporting environments
- SAP data experience preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Snowflake data warehousing
- Experience with data modeling concepts
- Experience with data integration workflows
- Exposure to Snowflake AI or Microsoft Fabric Copilot
- Interest in predictive analytics and intelligent automation
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts
