Compensation: $25-30/hour

Desktop Support Technician:
Inceed has partnered with a Fortune 500 company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!
This person will provide critical IT support to a wide variety of end users.
Responsibilities:
- Image and troubleshoot laptops
- Communicate effectively with non-technical end users to resolve issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Experience with SCCM and VPN troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Active Directory
