Position: Tech Lead- Software Integrations
Compensation: $ 165000 – 210000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tech Lead- Software Integrations to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving complex integration challenges. You’ll guide the design and delivery of internal software integrations, mentor teammates, and help shape solutions that support critical business applications. This role is open as the team continues to grow, creating a strong opportunity to step into meaningful technical ownership from day one.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the design of internal software integration solutions
- Build and support event-driven integration architectures
- Develop applications using functional programming approaches
- Work with AWS services to host and deploy solutions
- Use Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Document technical decisions and solution designs clearly
- Mentor engineers and support pair programming efforts
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Defend architectural decisions during peer review discussions
- Collaborate with the team on scalable integration strategies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong software engineering background
- Professional experience with F#
- Experience building solutions in AWS
- Hands-on experience with EC2 and Lambda
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Background in event-driven architecture
- Messaging queue experience
- Ability to mentor and support other engineers
- Experience gathering requirements and shaping technical solutions
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous tech lead experience
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience reviewing code or solution designs
- Background supporting internal enterprise integrations
- Ability to contribute at both hands-on and leadership levels
