Position: Invoice Analyst
Compensation: $20 – 22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Invoice Analyst to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact, fully onsite contract role supporting a busy drilling department. You’ll play a key part in keeping invoice processing accurate, organized, and moving quickly. If you thrive in detail-focused environments and enjoy resolving discrepancies, this could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices with accuracy.
- Review invoices for completeness and billing errors.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on payment questions.
- Maintain detailed records, notes, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with audit preparation and reporting.
- Enter invoice and billing data efficiently.
- Identify and communicate process issues.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Basic problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Oil and gas industry experience.
- Open Invoice experience.
- SAP or similar invoicing system experience.
- Accounting or accounts payable experience.

Other Information:
- Fully onsite schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Contract role with potential for extension.
- Hiring process includes one interview with multiple supervisors.
