Position: ServiceNow CMDB & Integration Developer
Compensation: up to $96/hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ServiceNow CMDB & Integration Developer to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a ServiceNow professional who enjoys building reliable, data-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll help strengthen CMDB accuracy, improve integrations, and support automation across key enterprise systems. It’s a hands-on contract position with meaningful impact on platform stability, data quality, and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and maintain CMDB solutions within ServiceNow
- Build and support Service Graph Connector integrations
- Develop REST and SOAP API integrations
- Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Flow Designer
- Improve data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation processes
- Analyze source data and validate CMDB accuracy
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and data quality reports
- Support ITOM tools, including Service Mapping and Event Management
- Troubleshoot integration and CMDB data issues
- Document solutions, mappings, and support procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow CMDB and integration development experience
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Knowledge of ServiceNow automation tools and scripting
- Experience supporting data validation and quality initiatives
- Ability to assess source data and build mapping logic
- Understanding of CMDB and CSDM best practices
- Experience troubleshooting platform and integration issues
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- ServiceNow CAD certification
- ServiceNow CIS Discovery certification
- ServiceNow CIS Service Mapping certification
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Background in ETL, MDM, or enterprise data engineering
- Experience with CMDB migrations or large-scale onboarding
