Position: SR. HRIS Analyst – Workday
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SR. HRIS Analyst – Workday to join their team!
This is a newly created opportunity on a growing HR Technology team, offering the chance to make an immediate impact in a hands-on Workday environment. The role will support configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements while serving as a key escalation point for complex issues. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, partnering across teams, and contributing to important HR technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Configure and maintain Workday system functionality.
- Support troubleshooting and Tier 2 issue resolution.
- Assist with EIB loads and data audits.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support testing for changes, fixes, and releases.
- Partner on enhancements and module implementations.
- Help optimize HR technology processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday or HR technology experience preferred.
- Strong experience with Workday configuration and maintenance.
- Experience with Core HCM and Benefits is highly valuable.
- Solid reporting and analytics experience in Workday.
- Hands-on experience with EIBs, testing, and data validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication skills across varied audiences.
