Position: Accounts Payable Systems Analyst
Compensation: $35-$40/hr, depending on experience
Location: Lakewood, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Systems Analyst to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys solving invoice routing challenges, supporting AP workflows, and working across ERP modules to improve process efficiency. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where problem-solving, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review invoice routing and identify process breakdowns
- Support invoice coding and AP workflow tasks
- Research ERP modules to improve invoice movement
- Help reduce delays in payment processing
- Collaborate with team members on daily AP priorities
- Assist with high-volume, fast-paced accounting operations
- Contribute to process improvements across the AP function
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with accounts payable or invoice processing is preferred
- Strong interest in systems and workflow troubleshooting
- Ability to learn ERP processes quickly
- Detail-oriented approach to coding and routing invoices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, changing environment
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to take initiative
