Position: Project Coordinator
Compensation: $24 – $25/hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team!
This is an excellent opportunity to support technology deployment projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate with franchise and store teams, help keep projects organized, and ensure key tasks move smoothly through each phase of the process. It is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate deployment projects from kickoff through handoff
- Support contract execution, hardware install, and completion tracking
- Communicate with franchise and store stakeholders
- Maintain organized documentation and project records
- Use Outlook and Microsoft Suite to manage tasks
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with scheduling, reminders, and status updates
- Work closely with the deployment team to ensure accuracy
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional coordinator experience
- Experience supporting IT-related or technology-focused work preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Strong Outlook and calendar management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable providing proactive follow-up and documentation
- Interest in technology and deployment work
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience using ServiceNow in a project coordination capacity
- Familiarity with task tracking and reminder setup
- Previous project management support experience
- Exposure to AI tools or Copilot
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
