Position: Supply Chain Analyst
Compensation: $25 – $30 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity to support a busy supply chain team in a collaborative Houston office. In this role, you’ll help keep purchasing and inventory workflows moving smoothly by reviewing POs, scanning documentation, and supporting payment processing. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work and wants to contribute to a team with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review purchase orders and inventory documents.
- Scan paperwork into internal systems.
- Support payment collection and processing tasks.
- Assist with purchasing and inventory-related workflows.
- Work closely with the supply chain team.
- Help manage delegated email and ticket requests.
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and document handling.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with purchasing or inventory-related work.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfort working in a team environment.
- Familiarity with PO processing and documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with FIXX inventory software.
- Experience with Workday purchasing tools.
- Background in supply chain operations.
- Experience supporting ticket or email-based workflows.

Other Information:
- Contract length is expected to be 6 to 12 months.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite each week.
- No travel required.
