Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Compensation: $45-$50/hr. Depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!
This is a strong contract opportunity for a recruiting professional who knows how to move quickly, build trust, and influence hiring decisions. You’ll support core operations hiring, partnering closely with managers to source passive candidates, manage a healthy requisition load, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This role is open due to continued growth and increased hiring demand.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for core operations roles
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and priorities
- Source passive candidates through proactive outreach
- Drive timely decisions throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a strong candidate and manager experience
- Handle approximately 20 to 35 open requisitions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Full-desk, client-facing recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience working with hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple open roles effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
