Position: Contracts Coordinator
Compensation: $25+ / hr, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contracts Coordinator to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-driven contracts professional who enjoys managing procurement processes, coordinating across teams, and keeping complex work moving forward. In this role, you’ll support high-value contracts from start to finish, helping ensure compliance, organization, and timely execution across a variety of contract types. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support development and processing of professional services contracts
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal teams and external vendors
- Prepare contract documents, evaluations, and award materials
- Track deadlines, budgets, invoices, and contract deliverables
- Assist with requests for exemptions, research, and agreement types
- Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned contract matters
- Prepare reports and support open records requests
- Communicate updates clearly with stakeholders across departments
- Participate in workgroup meetings and contract planning discussions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Three years of technical clerical work experience
- One year of procurement, purchasing, contracting, or acquisition experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with detailed documentation and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate across teams and with outside partners
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Current Certified Procurement Officer certification
- Experience with professional services procurement
- Background in information technology procurement
- Experience drafting legal or contractual documents
- Familiarity with government or public-sector contracts
- Experience with interagency agreements or sole source processes
- Advanced education
- Experience supporting healthcare-related programs

Other Information:
- Full-time, in-office schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Contract assignment with an estimated duration of 6 to 12 months
- Role involves coordination across multiple internal units
- Regular, consistent attendance at the work site is required
