Position: EPC Manager
Compensation: $180,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Irving, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled EPC Manager to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercial construction professional who thrives in fast-moving, complex capital projects. In this role, you will own the post-award EPC relationship, helping protect schedule, control costs, and keep mechanical and electrical infrastructure execution aligned from construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Administer the EPC contract from award through closeout
- Manage change orders and contractor requests end to end
- Review pay applications, retention, and lien waivers
- Track claims, disputes, back-charges, and liquidated damages
- Coordinate OFCI delivery with EPC installation sequencing
- Monitor commercial risk, exposure, and cost-to-complete
- Partner with controls, finance, and legal on cost reporting
- Review RFIs and design changes for commercial impact
- Support closeout, final payment, and warranty transition
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in EPC or construction contract administration
- Experience managing post-award construction agreements
- Background with $50M+ capital project packages
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure
- Experience resolving change orders, claims, and back-charges
- Strong understanding of progress billing and retention
- Ability to interpret EPC contracts and general conditions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience
- Experience with OFCI and CFCI delivery models
- Familiarity with cooling, power, and electrical systems
- Procore, Kahua, or e-Builder experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP experience
- CCM, PMP, or similar credential
