Position: Business Systems Analyst
Compensation: $40 – $60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their team!
This is a hands-on contract opportunity supporting enterprise business applications, integrations, and production issues. The role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and partnering with business and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide L2/L3 support for assigned applications and integrations
- Troubleshoot data issues, workflows, and failed interfaces
- Investigate root causes and coordinate resolution efforts
- Support testing, release activities, and post-go-live issues
- Document processes, support steps, and technical findings
- Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and process maps
- Partner with users, vendors, and internal technical teams
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Assist with reporting, reconciliation, and data validation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of application support or business systems analysis experience
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, ERP, HR, or legal systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across data, integrations, and workflows
- Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools
- Experience with APIs, file-based interfaces, or log analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document technical and business processes clearly
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Workday or Workday Extend
- Familiarity with Concur, Legal Tracker, or related enterprise tools
- Exposure to integration monitoring, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
- Experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, or automation
- Background in energy, industrial, or complex enterprise environments
- Experience with vendor coordination and change control processes
- Knowledge of data reconciliation and troubleshooting methods
