Position: Construction Project Manager
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a driven construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in coordinating pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout while keeping cost, schedule, quality, and safety aligned. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to lead multiple projects with confidence, this could be a great next step.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead projects through pre-construction, execution, and closeout
- Develop bid packages, budgets, and schedules
- Review scopes and costs for accuracy
- Coordinate subcontractors and project partners
- Manage project documentation, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
- Attend, lead, and document project meetings
- Monitor cost control, changes, and schedule updates
- Partner with superintendents on quality and safety requirements
- Oversee project closeout, testing, inspections, and turnover
- Conduct regular site visits and field coordination
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project budgets and schedules
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and design teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management software
- Ability to manage detail-heavy work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong focus on customer service and accountability
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with pre-construction planning
- Value engineering experience
- Knowledge of construction closeout processes
- Familiarity with testing and inspection coordination
- Experience supporting project superintendents
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
