Position: Database Developer
Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Database Developer to join their team!

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing database and data warehouse solutions that support critical business operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and maintain database and data warehouse structures
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems
- Improve performance through tuning, indexing, and optimization
- Support data quality, accuracy, and integrity across systems
- Create technical documentation, test plans, and conversion plans
- Investigate and resolve technical issues through debugging
- Collaborate with users and internal teams on data solutions
- Assist with database administration tasks and system maintenance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with data types and data type conversion
- Strong SQL Server expertise, including SSRS and SSIS
- Hands-on experience with MySQL
- Advanced knowledge of stored procedures and SQL best practices
- Experience with relational database and table design
- Working knowledge of data modeling and entity-relationship design
- Understanding of data sources such as ODBC, Excel, text, and XML
- Experience with source system data in SQL-based environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Aurora, Redshift, or Snowflake
- Familiarity with Pyramid or Power BI
- DBA knowledge, including jobs, permissions, indexes, and logs
- Experience in insurance or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with ETL development
- Experience working with a small development team
