Position: ERP Project Manager
Compensation: $60 – $80 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Golden, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Project Manager to join their team!
This is an exciting contract opportunity to support a major enterprise-wide Workday implementation. You’ll play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, keeping timelines on track, and helping ensure a smooth transition through critical go-live phases. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead cross-functional project teams through implementation activities
- Support planning and execution of go-live cutover tasks
- Manage temporary processes during the transition period
- Track project schedules, risks, issues, and action items
- Coordinate communication across internal teams and external vendors
- Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions
- Monitor post-go-live feedback and prioritize improvement items
- Support change management and process improvement efforts
- Escalate project risks and delays when needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience
- Experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects
- Background in ERP implementations preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Experience with cutover planning and change control
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Workday implementation experience
- Public sector or K-12 experience
- PeopleSoft migration experience
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification
- HR, payroll, finance, or budgeting project exposure
- Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies
