Position: Loan Documentation Specialist
Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to join their team!
This is an excellent direct hire opportunity for a detail-driven banking professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will support commercial and retail banking teams by preparing accurate loan documentation, coordinating closings, and helping ensure files are complete, compliant, and ready to move forward. It’s a strong fit for someone who takes pride in precision and wants room to grow within loan operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare loan documents for commercial, real estate, and consumer transactions
- Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Gather financial, collateral, and title documentation
- Coordinate with title and escrow companies for closings
- Book and fund loans accurately and on time
- Request appraisals, flood determinations, and title work
- Process credit card requests and credit limit increases
- Maintain collateral records, UCC filings, and security agreements
- Communicate with lenders and internal teams for missing information
- Assist with loan invoices and special projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of loan documentation experience preferred
- 3+ years of loan operations experience preferred
- Experience with commercial, consumer, and real estate loan documentation
- Knowledge of title work, lien perfection, and mortgage documentation
- Familiarity with banking regulations, including Reg B, V, X, and Z
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple files with high accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with loan documentation software
- Prior experience in a banking operations environment
- Background supporting both consumer and commercial lending
- Strong problem-solving and independent work skills

Other Information:
- Fully onsite schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Busy periods may require a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule
- Role is open due to backfill after a recent retirement
- Team environment includes approximately 15 to 20 employees
- Two interview rounds, with onsite and virtual options
