Position: Commercial Loan Assistant
Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Assistant to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented loan operations professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative banking environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial, real estate, and consumer loan documentation, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth closings. With strong training, room for growth, and a direct hire path, this role offers a great next step for someone ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare commercial, real estate, and consumer loan documents
- Gather financial, collateral, and title documentation
- Review files for accuracy and completeness before closing
- Coordinate with title and escrow companies
- Book and fund loans accurately and on time
- Request appraisals, flood determinations, and title work
- Process credit card requests and limit increases
- Maintain lien, UCC, and security agreement records
- Communicate with lenders to resolve missing information
- Support loan-related invoices and special projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of loan documentation experience preferred
- 3+ years of loan operations experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation
- Experience with real estate loan documentation
- Familiarity with UCC filings and lien perfection
- Understanding of Reg B, Reg V, Reg X, and Reg Z
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple loan files accurately
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with loan documentation software
- Prior title work coordination experience
- Knowledge of mortgage and deed of trust documents
- Background in banking or financial services
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

Other Information:
- Fully onsite schedule, Monday through Friday
- Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Busy season may require 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Interview process includes approximately two rounds
- Office environment with a collaborative team structure
- Role is a backfill due to a recent retirement
