Position: Production Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Manager to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role within a growing manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee daily production operations, drive efficiency, and help shape a strong team as the plant continues to expand. If you enjoy leading people, improving processes, and keeping production moving at a fast pace, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee daily production scheduling and workflow execution
- Coordinate across departments to keep work moving smoothly
- Apply lean manufacturing methods to reduce waste
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues
- Manage, coach, and develop production team members
- Support safety practices and promote a safe work environment
- Improve lineside inventory processes and overall efficiency
- Partner with supply chain and sales on planning and forecasting
- Drive accountability, teamwork, and customer focus
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in a management role
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Experience implementing or supporting a 5S program
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make sound operational decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Lean Six Sigma training
- Experience building leadership teams
- Background supporting production growth
- Experience in panel manufacturing
- Exposure to forecasting and staffing coordination
