Position: Commercial Lender
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Norman, OK
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Lender to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a relationship-driven banking professional who enjoys balancing credit analysis with business development. In this role, you’ll help grow commercial banking relationships, support local businesses with tailored lending solutions, and play a key part in portfolio management and client service. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop new commercial lending and deposit relationships.
- Support approximately $10M in annual loan production.
- Drive more than $1M in annual deposit growth.
- Underwrite commercial loans under $1M.
- Analyze financial statements and assess credit risk.
- Prepare loan requests and supporting documentation.
- Monitor portfolios, covenants, and financial updates.
- Assist with past-due loans and upcoming maturities.
- Build trusted relationships with business clients.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking services.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years of credit analyst experience within a financial institution.
- NMLS required, or willingness to obtain with support.
- Experience analyzing financial statements and credit risk.
- Strong understanding of commercial lending principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional relationship-building and customer service skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous commercial lending experience.
- Experience working with business clients directly.
- Background underwriting commercial loans.
- Business development or networking experience.
- Knowledge of treasury management products.
- Experience with deposit-focused banking solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Other Information:
- Direct hire opportunity with a fully onsite schedule.
- Standard hours are 8am–5pm with flexibility as needed.
- May require some evenings and weekends for client events.
- Interview process includes two rounds, with a possible third.
- Local business development and relationship management are key priorities.
- Employer may support obtaining the NMLS license if needed.
