Position: Call Center Representative
Compensation: $19/hour
Location: Irving, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Call Center Representative to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you’ll support inbound mortgage servicing calls and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for each customer. If you have call center or customer service experience and want to contribute to an important team, this could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle inbound mortgage servicing calls
- Provide clear, professional customer support
- Resolve questions efficiently and accurately
- Document call details and updates as needed
- Support customers with routine servicing inquiries
- Maintain a helpful and service-oriented approach
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Call center or customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort handling inbound customer calls
- Professional and solution-focused approach
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Mortgage industry experience
- Prior experience with servicing-related calls
- Experience in high-volume customer support
