Position: Senior Technical Business Analyst
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a technically minded business analyst who enjoys turning complex business needs into practical solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape project outcomes, support data integration efforts, and help improve banking operations through thoughtful analysis and delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Lead assigned projects from planning through delivery
- Create process flows, functional designs, and documentation
- Support data integration and system implementation efforts
- Facilitate meetings and align stakeholders on priorities
- Manage project risks, timelines, and status reporting
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and internal teams
- Support change management and solution adoption
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of business analysis experience
- 4 years of banking experience required
- 3-5 years of data integration experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience gathering technical specifications and requirements
- Ability to work with developers, engineers, and vendors
- Alteryx experience
- Db2 database experience
- Enterprise Content Management experience
- Knowledge of cloud-based software and integrations
- Experience leading enterprise-level projects
- Understanding of banking products and operations
- Project management experience
- Exposure to networking and server fundamentals
