Position: Program Scheduler
Compensation: $60 – $65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Program Scheduler to join their team!
This role supports a high-impact utility program by building and maintaining integrated schedules, analyzing project performance, and helping teams stay aligned from planning through closeout. It offers the chance to work on important capital and construction initiatives while partnering closely with project, engineering, operations, and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain integrated program schedules.
- Track progress against plans and identify schedule risks.
- Analyze critical path, float, and milestone performance.
- Provide forecasting and recovery recommendations.
- Coordinate scheduling across internal and contractor teams.
- Lead schedule discussions during daily and weekly reviews.
- Prepare reporting and executive-level performance dashboards.
- Support resource planning, budget forecasting, and workload analysis.
- Evaluate impacts from outages, weather, scope changes, and constraints.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience in utility, construction, project controls, scheduling, or program management.
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling and project controls principles.
- Ability to analyze integrated schedules and critical path logic.
- Strong reporting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, contractors, and field teams.
- Experience working independently with limited oversight.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
- Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Utility distribution or transmission project experience.
- Large-scale capital project controls experience.
- Knowledge of resource planning and outage coordination.
- Experience with schedule risk analysis and performance measurement.

Other Information:
- Primarily office-based with periodic field visits.
- May require travel throughout the service territory.
- Overtime or schedule flexibility may be needed during critical work periods.
