Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys solving problems at the ground level and improving how work gets done. In this role, you’ll act as a key technical partner to the production floor, helping streamline processes, support quality improvements, and keep manufacturing operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as the primary engineering liaison to the production floor.
- Resolve technical issues and support daily manufacturing needs.
- Review work packets for accuracy and production readiness.
- Update electrical drawings and bills of material as needed.
- Improve standard work, error-proofing, and training materials.
- Support process improvements for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Assist with AutoCAD drafting and layout updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
- Support laser cut nesting and press brake bend programming.
- Help implement G-code upgrades for machine programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
- Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial disciplines.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing modifications.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to identify issues and take initiative independently.
- Understanding of quality, efficiency, and safety improvement efforts.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma concepts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of NEC and UL508A requirements.
- Experience with VFDs, PLCs, and industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with three-phase and single-phase power.
- Experience with transformers, soft starts, and relay logic.
- Knowledge of industrial field buses and sensors.
- Exposure to NFPA 70E or qualified electrical safety training.
- Experience with CapEx or similar process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with 5S concepts and standardization practices.
- Knowledge of electrical test equipment and safe usage.

Other Information:
- On-site role in Tulsa with potential future relocation to Owasso.
- Reports directly to the Director of Production.
- Some travel may be required for support at other facilities.
- Safety-critical position with drug screening required prior to hire.
- Electrical shock and arc flash training will be provided.
- Candidates may be restricted from hazardous areas until training is complete.
