Position: IT Asset Management
Compensation: $30 – $38/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Asset Management to join their team!
This is a fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping technology, records, and processes running smoothly. You’ll support the full lifecycle of IT equipment, work closely with vendors, and help maintain accurate tracking across a busy enterprise environment. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants room to grow.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Track and document IT equipment throughout its lifecycle
- Unbox, label, and distribute devices and peripherals
- Maintain accurate inventory records in tracking systems
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on equipment needs
- Pull reports and support process improvements
- Manage documentation for assets, contracts, and workflows
- Support new and existing hardware assignments
- Assist with onsite equipment handling and delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in IT asset management or related coordination role
- Background in contract, vendor, or procurement support
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to track records, data, and inventory accurately
- Experience working with software and third-party vendors
- Excellent communication and professional soft skills
- Comfortable handling computers and related equipment
- Ability to work onsite five days per week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- ServiceNow experience
- ITEL experience
- Experience with Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, or similar software
- Background supporting workflow or process improvement initiatives
- Experience with scheduling and record tracking
