Position: Accounting & Operations Specialist
Compensation: $55,000 – 65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Yukon, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting & Operations Specialist to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys owning the day-to-day financial workflow and making an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll support both accounting and operations for a growing organization, helping keep the books organized, invoices moving, and financial reporting on track. With a broad scope and direct visibility to leadership, this position offers the chance to be a key contributor in a fast-moving small-business environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process customer invoicing and support collections efforts
- Manage accounts payable and vendor invoice processing
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Support budget preparation and tracking
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting tasks
- Track project expenses and financial commitments
- Support contract, vendor, and procurement activities
- Provide administrative support and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience may be considered
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or cybersecurity
- Background in budgeting and financial reporting
- Familiarity with government contracting environments
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to investor, lender, or due diligence requests

- Bookkeeping will make up most of the role
- This is the only finance position on the team
