Position: HRIS Analyst
Compensation: $43 – $46/hr, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HRIS Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for an HRIS professional who enjoys hands-on system support and wants to grow within a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation. If you’re looking to build on your HRIS foundation and contribute to meaningful system improvements, this role offers excellent exposure and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support HRIS implementation activities
- Assist with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration
- Help with system testing and troubleshooting
- Manage maintenance tasks and issue intake
- Support HCM system updates and ongoing administration
- Translate business needs into system solutions
- Partner with senior team members on HRIS initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of HRIS or HCM experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience supporting system configuration or testing
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- Strong understanding of HRIS support processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a support-focused role
