Position: Procurement Administrator
Compensation: $32 – 38 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Administrator to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-driven procurement professional to support a fast-paced contract lifecycle environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to help keep agreements accurate, compliant, and moving efficiently while contributing to process improvements and system changes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support the full lifecycle of service agreements and related documents
- Enter, review, and correct contract data with strong accuracy
- Assist with contract template creation and updates
- Analyze supplier and company information for key outcomes
- Create contract packages from supplier scopes of work
- Track contract closure and coordinate with suppliers and field teams
- Prepare and distribute monthly supplier performance evaluations
- Help improve procurement processes, systems, and data quality
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain
- Background in contract administration or document management
- Experience with supplier information management
- Strong data entry and data integrity skills
- Ability to analyze information and identify key trends
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
