Position: Project Manager – ERP Implementations
Compensation: $50 – 55 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager – ERP Implementations to join their team!
This contract opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager with ERP implementation experience who enjoys coordinating cross-functional efforts and keeping complex initiatives on track. The role supports a major system migration project and offers the chance to work closely with internal stakeholders and an external implementation partner.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead project planning and execution for ERP implementation efforts
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementors
- Track project risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Monitor progress and help keep migration activities on schedule
- Support the transition of five systems into Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Facilitate communication and alignment among project resources
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience managing ERP implementation projects
- Oracle ERP or NetSuite ERP project management experience
- Background managing other ERP implementations considered
- Experience coordinating with third-party implementation partners
- Ability to manage tasks, resources, and deadlines effectively
- Experience working in a Waterfall project environment
- Strong risk identification and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP certification
- Experience with Oracle or NetSuite ERP
- Experience supporting multi-system migrations
