Position: Sr. Manager FP&A
Compensation: $ 150,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Manager FP&A to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for an FP&A leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll step into a key leadership position supporting pricing, reporting, and budgeting while guiding two direct reports. If you enjoy partnering across the business and driving financial insight that supports decision-making, this could be a strong next step.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead pricing, reporting, and budgeting activities
- Manage and support two Facility Controllers
- Partner with leadership on financial planning initiatives
- Provide analysis to support business decisions
- Oversee FP&A processes and deliver timely insights
- Support a manufacturing-focused operating environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong FP&A background
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with pricing, reporting, and budgeting
- Leadership experience managing direct reports
- Ability to operate in a hands-on finance role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Background supporting facility-level financial operations
- Exposure to cross-functional business partnership
- Advanced financial modeling or forecasting experience
