Position: Python Developer
Compensation: $65 – $72 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Python Developer to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on software developer who enjoys solving complex problems and building reliable solutions. You’ll support enterprise-level applications, improve performance, and contribute to the long-term stability of critical systems in a collaborative, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and develop scalable software solutions.
- Lead components of larger development projects.
- Analyze and resolve complex software issues.
- Improve application stability and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code.
- Support testing, updates, and maintenance efforts.
- Partner with analysts, designers, and developers.
- Provide technical updates to stakeholders.
- Apply code standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of related professional experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of related professional experience with an associate degree.
- 12+ years of related professional experience with a high school diploma.
- Strong knowledge of computer equipment, storage, backups, and operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work methodically in a quantitative environment.
- Demonstrated collaboration, organization, and critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Background in software troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Experience leading technical recommendations on projects.
- Familiarity with end-to-end software development lifecycles.
