Position: IT Business Analyst
Compensation: $45 – $60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Business Analyst to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a large-scale Operations Transformation initiative and a cross-functional NextGen Operations program. The selected professional will play a key role in gathering requirements, coordinating with vendors, and helping drive progress across multiple parallel workstreams. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Support vendor coordination and communication
- Work across multiple parallel project workstreams
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs
- Translate requirements into actionable deliverables
- Help maintain project alignment and momentum
- Support enterprise-level transformation efforts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong business analysis experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Vendor management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with requirements gathering and documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with operations transformation initiatives
- Background in large, complex project environments
- Exposure to cross-functional process improvement efforts
