Position: Data Entry Specialist
Compensation: $ 19/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join their team!
This is a strong contract opportunity for a detail-focused professional who enjoys high-volume, process-driven work. You’ll support a backlog of provider contracts, helping ensure records are accurate and properly processed in the system. If you thrive in a structured environment and take pride in doing precise work, this role offers a chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review provider contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Process contract data within the system
- Work through a large backlog efficiently
- Verify information carefully before submission
- Maintain consistent data entry quality
- Support ongoing administrative processing needs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with data entry or administrative processing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Comfort working through a high-volume workload
- Reliable and dependable work style
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience with contract processing
- Background in healthcare or provider data
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Familiarity with record review or compliance-driven work
