Position: Continuous Improvement Manager
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Redmond, Oregon
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a process-driven leader who enjoys making measurable impact on manufacturing performance. In this role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership and frontline teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while helping build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals
- Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and action plans
- Facilitate improvement workshops and hands-on events
- Coach teams on lean principles and structured problem-solving
- Support standard work and process documentation development
- Analyze metrics and report progress to stakeholders
- Identify cost savings and productivity improvement opportunities
- Support change management and employee engagement efforts
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing or operations environments
- Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams through collaboration
- Experience interpreting operational data and metrics
- Strong communication and project management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Background in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with lean or operational excellence methodologies
- Experience driving sustainable process improvements
- Prior people leadership experience

- Regular presence on the manufacturing floor is required
