Position: Workday Functional Analyst
Compensation: $ 80000 – 100000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a Workday professional who enjoys improving systems, solving business challenges, and building efficient processes. In this role, you’ll support a dynamic environment by configuring Workday, enhancing reporting, and helping users get the most out of the platform.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality
- Support tenant setup and business process configuration
- Build and troubleshoot calculated fields and validation rules
- Create reports, dashboards, and system enhancements
- Test and deploy feature releases and new functionality
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Develop training guides and user documentation
- Provide support for system issues and process improvements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong experience with Workday HCM configuration and maintenance
- Knowledge of business process configuration and security
- Experience with calculated fields and validation rules
- Ability to build reports and dashboards
- Experience supporting testing and system deployment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent modules
- Background creating training materials and knowledge resources
- Experience supporting workflow design
- Familiarity with feature release evaluations
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
