Position: Payroll Systems & Reporting Analyst
Compensation: $40 – $48 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Systems & Reporting Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data, automation, and reporting. You’ll support day-to-day payroll operations while helping improve systems and processes during a major implementation project. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support daily payroll operations and reporting needs
- Maintain and improve payroll-related data workflows
- Assist with automation initiatives and process enhancements
- Build and support reporting using Power BI
- Partner with payroll team members on issue resolution
- Help support payroll systems and related technologies
- Provide responsive, customer-focused support to internal teams
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Experience supporting enterprise or high-volume payroll environments
- Strong background in payroll systems and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
- Ability to support data and automation initiatives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Background in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG/Kronos, or Oracle
- Experience supporting payroll system implementations
- Exposure to large payroll teams and complex environments
