Position: Reporting Specialist
Compensation: $20 – 24 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Reporting Specialist to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys high-volume, repetitive work with a strong focus on accuracy. In this role, you’ll support a finance team by helping compile, enter, and track data in Excel while contributing to important sustainability reporting efforts. If you’re dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable handling routine administrative tasks, this could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Compile and enter data into Excel spreadsheets
- Generate expense reports
- Track reporting data accurately and consistently
- Support finance-related administrative tasks
- Assist with sustainability data collection efforts
- Maintain organized records and spreadsheets
- Handle high-volume, repetitive work with precision
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of data entry or administrative experience
- Experience generating expense reports
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous finance or accounting support experience
- Experience with reporting or data tracking
- Background supporting sustainability-related projects
